Two reasons. First, signed-in users get the PDF stored in their dashboard so they can re-send or revise later — that's the main value over a one-shot download. Yes. Upload a PNG or JPG of your logo and it will appear in the invoice header in both the live preview and the downloaded PDF. The image is processed entirely in your browser — we don't upload it to a server until you sign in and save the invoice.

When you're signed in, yes — invoices auto-number from your last issued invoice. In free preview mode the number defaults to today's date suffix; you can override it with any sequence you like.
